A Christmas party where everyone takes part

For your holiday party or corporate Christmas celebration, give your team more than just a meal: a festive pastry workshop where everyone gets hands-on. Open to all, even those who never cook, and 100% turnkey, it creates the moment of togetherness everyone expects from a Christmas party. And you make the dessert yourselves!

🍳 No kitchen needed. A water source and tables are all you need: every preparation is made on site as a master class, and everyone learns to pipe. For the steps that need resting time, I bring preparations made in advance, just like on TV.

★ Your choice

Three options to choose from

All include whipped ganache, fresh fruit and festive decorations. Your team makes the ganache themselves, then learns to whip and pipe it like a pro.

Option 1

🎄 The Puzzle Christmas Tree with holiday spices

  • ✔ A tree to assemble in teams
  • ✔ Whipped ganache with Christmas spices: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg…
  • ✔ Fresh fruit and festive decorations
Option 2

🎄 The Puzzle Christmas Tree, vanilla or chocolate

  • ✔ A tree to assemble in teams
  • ✔ Vanilla or dark chocolate whipped ganache, your choice
  • ✔ Fresh fruit and festive decorations
Option 3

The name or word of your choice

  • ✔ Your company name, your team name or a “Merry Christmas” in cake, to be decided together
  • ✔ Whipped ganache with Christmas spices, vanilla or dark chocolate, your choice
  • ✔ Fresh fruit and festive decorations

The ganache needs to rest for several hours: I also bring a ganache prepared in advance, like on cooking shows, so we can go straight to piping.

★ The signature Christmas workshop

🎄 The Puzzle Christmas Tree

Each team makes one piece of the tree : part of the trunk or a branch. At assembly time, all the pieces come together to form a big, delicious Christmas tree… which only exists if every team has met its challenge.

It's team building in dessert form: you collaborate within your brigade, coordinate with the other teams, and celebrate the final result together. A spectacular moment, perfect for the year-end group photo!

Highlights:

✔ A shared goal: every team counts to complete the tree, whose size adapts to your group ✔ Every preparation made on site, and everyone learns to pipe ✔ A spectacular, festive assembly moment ✔ Open to all skill levels, in French or English

A pastry chef for your party

Trained in the kitchens of Gordon Ramsay and Philippe Etchebest, then a contestant on the French TV competition Le Meilleur Pâtissier – Les Professionnels (M6), I have been running pastry workshops for companies in France and Quebec since 2018.

“We did the class during a seminar! I'm not a cook at all, and I loved it. Pascaline was very pleasant and very funny, while staying very professional!”

Frequently asked questions

Your Christmas party, in practice

Can the workshop be combined with our Christmas dinner or happy hour?

Yes. The workshop lasts 1.5 to 2 hours and fits easily before a meal, a cocktail party or a happy hour. You can enjoy the dessert during your party, and everyone takes their creation home in a box.

When should we book for December?

December is the busiest month for holiday parties. To have your pick of dates, it's best to contact me in October or November.

Do we need a kitchen on site?

No, and that's the beauty of it! A water source and simple tables are all you need. Every preparation is made on site as a master class: a sponge demonstration, then your team makes the ganache, cuts the fruit, pipes and decorates by themselves. For the steps that need resting time, I bring preparations made in advance, like on cooking shows, so we can go straight to assembly. I bring all the equipment, ingredients and aprons, and I take care of setup and cleanup.

Are there travel fees?

Travel is included anywhere on the Island of Montreal. Outside the island (Laval, South Shore, North Shore and beyond), travel fees apply: they are clearly stated in your quote.

What if we don't have a room?

No problem: I can offer a room rental suited to the workshop in Montreal. The room rental is then added to the workshop price: its cost depends on the venue and the size of the group, and it is stated in your quote.

Can the workshop be held in English?

Yes, I teach in French or in English, and I can switch between the two for bilingual teams.

How do you handle allergies?

Let me know about any allergies or special diets when you send your request: I adapt the recipe as much as possible. However, the preparations are made in an environment where gluten, eggs, milk, tree nuts and peanuts are handled, so I cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces.
